The app is free. The brains are not.

You put your own keys in a local .env file. Anthropic (Claude) and Groq bill you under their prices. Spoken replies use Microsoft Edge TTS.

You need

Windows 10 or 11
Nothing else — the installer bundles everything
A microphone
Anthropic key (required) and Groq key (speech)
Optional: the Chrome extension, from the Chrome Web Store

Install

Open the Microsoft Store, search Aemyos, press Get.
Aemyos opens with a small Settings panel.
Paste your Anthropic and Groq keys, Save. Asked once, kept on your PC.
Speak, or hold F9. Say quit to exit.

From source (developers)

Needs Python 3.10+ on Windows. Same app, same keys — install.bat sets it up, start.bat runs it.

Chrome extension (optional)

Optional — tighter tabs, clicks and forms in Chrome. It is on the Chrome Web Store: click Add to Chrome, then Add extension. The extension only talks to Aemyos on your own PC over a local connection — it has no server of its own. Aemyos still works without it, with keyboard and screen.
